Sarvajanik Education Society is a renowned academic organization of Surat. Rupin has rendered services to SES for 20 years, acting in various capacity as Chairman Finance Committee, Vice Chairman and then Chairman.
SES has been serving the city of Surat since last 100 years, managing 15 Colleges, 19 Schools, 2 Research Institutes and 1 Music School comprising of almost 35,000 students ranking from Kinder Garden to Post Graduation.

During his tenure as Chairman with SES following new projects were started:
(1) The then Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Narendrabhai Mody inaugurated the new building of “Shri Ram Krishna Institute of Computer and Applied Sciences”, a micro-biology college of SES.
(2) “Evening Commerce College” for Gujarati and English Medium were started in 2008. This is the only Evening College of Vir Narmad S.G.Uni.
(3) Foreign and English Language Laboratory in M.T.B. College with the grant and sanction of Gujarat Government inaugurated by the then Honourabe Health Minister Shri Jaynarayan Vyas.
(4) New Auditorium for College of Education was constructed. The Auditorium of “Centre for Teacher’s Education” was inaugurated by the then Honourable Education Minister Shri Ramanlal Vohra.
(5) Inter-College sports tournament was started.
(6) Sports academy was started.
(7) Dyslexia consultancy centre started.
(8) Networking of all college libraries was executed and all the libraries of SES were made open for the citizen of Surat.
(9) Sarvajanik Anthem was written and composed.
(10) Poems of 1 to 7 standards of primary school were composed and the CD of poem was distributed to students.
(11) SES started Teachers Day celebration and ‘Best Teacher’ & ‘Best Professor’ Awards were initiated.
(12) CCC Computer Training made available to all the teachers working in the various Schools of the Society.
(13) SES quarterly official magazine ‘Sarvajanikan’ was published.
(14) Following P. G. Diploma Course started.
